Appointment policy

At Salon de Jessie, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth booking experience for our clientele. A deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment slot. To maintain transparency and clarity, we have established the following policies:

Rescheduling and Cancellation policy

  • Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our stylists' schedules accordingly.

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Refund policy

  • Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • In the case of a cancellation refund request, the deposit excluding the transaction fee will be refunded.

  • If you need to request a refund, please contact us directly. Refunds will be processed manually via bank transfer to the account provided by you.

  • Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.

Late Arrival

  • Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may result in the forfeiture of your appointment, as it may interfere with other clients' appointments.
